24/7 Telehealth
Our virtual visits allow you to access the same top-notch care you’d receive if you came into our Norwalk urgent care center but from the comfort of home.
You’ll use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to log into our secure videoconferencing platform and have a face-to-face chat with one of our local providers. Our 24/7 telemedicine service is a great option for individuals who need prompt care but don’t require hands-on testing or treatment.
Our experienced providers are trained in emergency, family, and internal medicine. In fact, you’ll find many are the same experts who have treated patients in local area hospitals.
We are proudly Affiliated with Yale New Haven Health Care System in Connecticut and New York, and with Tufts Medical Center in Massachusetts. We, also, work collaboratively with local providers, including your primary care or specialty doctor, across Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
Fees vary, though are significantly lower than a visit to the emergency room and generally the same or slightly higher than a visit to your primary care doctor.
If you have insurance, the total charges will be determined based on your insurance provider’s policy regarding urgent care and the level of care you receive during your visit with us. If you have further questions, please contact your insurance company.
