Established August 21, 2012, our fifth office offers patients convenient walk-in medical care 365 days a year, including evenings and holidays. Our providers offer medical attention for illnesses and injuries ranging from colds and coughs, to stitches and x-rays. For the added convenience of our patients, we also offer digital x-ray imaging, wound stitching, and lab services on-site.

We’re located close to I-91 and CT-3. Our office is next to next to Walgreens and Verizon Wireless and across the street from McDonald’s. Our entrance is on the side of the building where the main driveway is.
